Then we’ll ride-along with you on a couple of sales calls in the background, run a couple of calls with you as a backup, and start taking calls solo as soon as you’re comfortable with it. Most clients start us off on cold or lower priority leads so they can review our work and offer suggestions before we talk to personal connections and referrals.
– In month 1, we’ll be focused on rewriting or creating your sales scripts to improve your pitch and minimize follow-up, reorganizing or setting up your CRM to make sure nothing falls through the cracks, and restructure your sales process to shorten your sales cycle.
– In month 2, we’ll be focused on retraining you and your team, teaching the new scripts, conducting ride-alongs with you, and add new objections to your sales playbook so your team has a complete handbook for the common objections your prospects have.
– By the start of month 3, you should be off to the races with a comprehensive sales system to quickly turn your leads into new clients without your direct involved (or in dramatically less time if you’re still ramping up sales reps.) That said, we’d be happy to hold a weekly call to answer any questions you have or address any additional obstacles you run into.
In addition to giving you back your time and creating bandwidth to field more leads, we’ll produce a number of resources, including a sales playbook with a call framework, ICP, and map of the current sales process for us to review together and train new reps in the future.
Think of it like having an experienced VP of sales building your process from the ground up, but happily leaving once you don’t need them anymore.
